"We Were Here," directed by David Weissman and Bill Weber, has the force of a great war documentary. There is no turning away from the screen. There are moments in "We Were Here," that are almost unbearable. Launched today, the Community Consensus Statement is a basic set of principles aimed at making sure that happens.
