Information for people living with HIV

At NAM, we focus on providing information for people living with HIV, and for people who are working in the HIV sector or supporting people with HIV in other ways. (You can find out more about us here.)

Visit the resources section of our website to see the full range of our publications. Many of our patient information resources have also been translated and you can find those in the translations section.

If you're not sure what type of resource you want, try browsing our topics pages. Our resources and news stories are arranged by subject, to make it easier to find what you're looking for.

You can use our e-atlas to find HIV-related services in the UK and worldwide.

Stories written by people living with HIV

We believe sharing experiences can be powerful. The In your own words section of our website is a collection of stories, describing people's experiences of living with HIV.

Take a look around and we're sure you'll find something that inspires you, or touches you.

General information about HIV

Community Consensus Statement on Access to HIV Treatment and its Use for Prevention

Together, we can make it happen

We can end HIV soon if people have equal access to HIV drugs as treatment and as PrEP, and have free choice over whether to take them.

Launched today, the Community Consensus Statement is a basic set of principles aimed at making sure that happens.

The Community Consensus Statement is a joint initiative of AVAC, EATG, MSMGF, GNP+, HIV i-Base, the International HIV/AIDS Alliance, ITPC and NAM/aidsmap
